I’m pretty pleased with my current profession as an executive coach. My clients are outstanding in their business and careers. But they came to me because they wanted to make further Breakthroughs. More’s the pity, there are still very few high-level corporate executives who have become full-time external coaches, in Taiwan, in China, or in South East Asia at this stage.

 

Having worked for Nokia, Johnson Diversey, Mead Johnson, Ichia Technology, …etc. across different industries and cultures, I have always believed that a successful business/corporate leader can go beyond industry boundaries.

I have proved I’m a good leader myself without industry boundary in my first career.
